How it Works

Since every homeowner has a unique situation, we customize each relationship.

If you need to sell your house ASAP, we can process the transaction and close escrow in as early as 1 week.  Or, if you still need time to figure things out, we can work with your schedule.  If you need all cash, no problem, or if you’d prefer a lease option or terms, we’re also able to accommodate you.

This is the typical process for selling us your house:

  1. You contact us by using the contact form
  2. We take a day to research your property (during this time we may need to contact you with follow-up questions)
  3. If we decide that we’re able to help you, we’ll initiate a face-to-face meeting (usually at your house)
  4. We will present you with an offer to buy your house
  5. This offer will be “as is”.  There’s no need for you to fix anything!
  6. The escrow process will be closed as quickly as you’d like
