A.  No. We will buy houses in any condition.  Your house may:

Q.  How does the process work?

A.  Simply fill out and submit our brief online form telling us about the house you want to sell.  When we receive it, we will call you to arrange a time to view your house.

Q.  Do you pay market value?

A.  When you sell us your house, you can name the terms of the sale or you can name the price.  Most people that sell us their house either need to sell it quickly for cash, or they want to sell it to rid themselves of the hassles of property management.  If you are looking for fast cash, you should expect to receive 10-20% less than market value; however, you won’t have to pay a commission!  If, on the other hand, you are looking for income and willing to sell your house on terms, we will pay full price or more.

Q.  How do you determine the price you will offer for my house?

A.  Your What-Is-My-House-Worth representative will take a variety of factors into consideration when formulating an offer on your house, including:

  • The condition of the house;
  • The extent and cost of renovations required;
  • The time required to complete the renovations;
  • The value of the house once renovations are complete as compared to other houses in the same area;
  • The costs in real estate commissions to market the house once renovations are complete;
  • The costs of insurance, utilities, taxes, loan payments incurred to buy the house, and maintenance while the house is being renovated and on the market;
